职位描述
Main responsibilities
? Anticipating market trends and identifying potential profitable opportunities
? Producing accurate sales forecast, budget and sales territory plans for the region and
making sound business decisions to achieve profitable growth in close cooperation with the
country sales managers and the Regional Management Team
? Setting demanding targets and monitoring performance on an ongoing basis to make
necessary adjustments, e.g. prices, ensuring quick response on target deviations and
customer needs to grow market share and profitability
? Creating solid relationships with customers and across the business as a value-added team
player
? Driving commercial excellence within the region in collaboration with the Group
Commercial team
? Leading and further developing the sales function and professionals to achieve profitable
results and a highly motivated sales team
? Driving talent management and succession planning
Requirements
? A 10+ years’ solid sales and management experience with an extensive of customer
interaction, experience in solution selling and working as a team player in an international
organization
? Dynamic personality with hands-on approach and ability to ensure execution and
compliance of plans
? Industry background in packaging and/or retail
? Thorough knowledge of marketing, sales management techniques and tools, SAP
experience is preferable as well as familiarity with CRM tools
? Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
? Change management experience in building a strong entrepreneurial culture
? Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
? Ability to set up strong personal relationship with relevant team members and customers
? English, ideally Mandarin, any other regional language is a plus
? Intercultural competences, willingness to travel in the region
