Play a lead engineer and QA architect role in testing software of ARRIS cable modems and gateways in DOCSIS, eRouter, Ethernet high speed data and Wi-Fi etc. The engineer designs the test automation methodologies, especially the AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology and test bed for testing; The engineer drives the test automation framework design, driver and script development. The engineer is also the contributor to the product requirement definition, high level test plan development, test escape analysis and test improvement processes.

The engineer work closely with development, PLM and Technical Support teams to address the critical customer issues and provide the solid QA input and reports to the issues.
