销售职位采用底薪加提成的方式，且提成是业界有竞争力的。

Sales Representative

1,Performs sales activities on all assigned accounts and products.

2,Develops potential new customer through different channel, including internet, B2B platform,professional exhibition,sales promotion,seminar or even cold calling etc.

3,Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.

4,Adhere personal and team sales target.

5,Handle customer's in difficult situations in a professional timely manner.Ensure clients things are fully done.

6,Provide excellent customer service,follow up accordingly proving explanations on a timely manner.

7,Attends sales meetings.

8,Participate worldwide exhibition(Mostly in Europe, USA,Asia)

Qualifications

1,Degree in related field.

2,Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

3,At least 3 years experience in sales sector.

4,Experience in cosmetic packing,personal care packing,cleansing & household product packing will be preferable.

5,Good interpersonal communication skill and ability to work independently.

6,Willing to travel worldwide（mostly to EUROPE & USA).

深圳市天利事实业有限公司成立于2013年12月，是一家集日化、个人护理、彩妆、医药行业包材出口的贸易公司，专注日化包材产品，如泡沫泵、乳液泵、瓶子、喷枪等产品。日化行业是快速消费品行业，公司长期合作的客户有联合利华、宝洁、狮王、香港利丰等，公司秉承着“专注、诚信、合作、共赢”的经营理念，为客户提供高品质的产品和服务。
目前是按照区域进行客户的分配，有美洲、欧洲、中东、亚洲四个区域。疫情前我们主要是通过国外展会去获取客户资源，每年大概会参加10个以上的展会，同期也会对当地的客户进行拜访；疫情后是对展会获取的客户资源进行二次开发，现在已经街垒了较多的客户信息资源。平时也会通过领英、FB等社媒、谷歌推广及海关数据进行客户的挖掘，目前公司使用的平台有小满、富通天下两个客户管理平台。
