职位描述

? - Be responsible for the payroll matters of the company within APAC region, primarily China – Mainland China, Hong Kong and Tai Wan;

? - Be a key liaison between the company and the outsourced payroll vendor for the countries within the primary responsibility;

? - Verify payroll accounting and general ledger reports, as well as monitor the processing checklist and calendar, tax calculation and other payroll related responsibilities

?- Maintain documentation and provide data/report for respective statutory filing within the stipulated deadlines;

?- Liaise with FSG on obtaining data for social insurance & housing fund contribution

?- Review, reconcile and substantiate entries to the general ledger accounts for payroll and accrual purposes;

?- Manage annual leave and bonus accruals;

-?Enter equity transactions in the payroll system, calculate the tax;

? - Ensure equity transactions are processed accurately;

? - Maintain procedures related to equity-transaction processing;

? - Ensure equity quarterly filing are processed accurately and on time;

?- Compiling Payroll SOP for APAC countries;

?- Provide back-up to other APAC countries as needed;

?- Handle employee's inquiries on payroll matters

? - Participate in on-going payroll projects as needed

Required Qualifications

- Degree in Finance/Accounting or other equivalent Finance/Accounting qualification;

- At least 2-3 years' payroll experience, preferably in an outsourcing environment

- Solid understanding of the entire payroll cycle including processing salaries and social contributions in China;

- Good understanding of the local payroll tax and compliance is required

- Good oral and written communication skills (English and Mandarin)

- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
