任职要求：

1、具有2年以上软件工作经验，可独立制定测试计划、编写测试用例、执行测试、提交测试报告等相关资料

2、精通功能测试，熟悉接口测试和性能测试

3、熟悉WEB、ios、 Android平台的测试方法和常用工具，熟悉操作至少一种关系型数据库

4、有一定的Linux环境测试经验，了解常用的Linux命令

5、通过bug追踪工具进行bug修改进度追踪并进行回归测试

6、较强的分析问题和解决问题能力，有门禁安防产品软硬件测试工作经验优先.

岗位职责：

1、有较强的逻辑分析能力及问题推动能力，具有较强的责任感及进取精神；有良好的沟通技巧、团队合作精神和客户服务意识，能够承受一定工作压力

2、可独立制定、编写软件测试方案与计划，改进软件测试流程、工具、方法和质量，参与测试结果评审，对软件缺陷进行跟踪分析和报告

3、提高系统上线成功率和交付质量

4、熟练使用fiddlder 抓包工具，以及Jmeter，monkey ，loadrunner 等性能测试工具。

5、具备较强的业务分析及理解能力，根据项目当前进度判断测试优先级，把控项目测试计划及进度

6、可在团队内部分享及改进测试流程和方法，协助部门提高测试效率、完成内部培训等其他工作
