职位描述
Tasks:
?Plans the launch of new products and releases according to the local product roadmap.
?Responsible for driving definition and preparation of launch packages and tools, customized for local needs: i.e. training materials, technical catalogues, pricelists, brochures, sales guides, presentations, articles, press releases, web based tools and competitor product comparisons, i.e. drives the key sales initiatives.
?Responsible for managing the local product life cycle and local product road map.
?Develops local go-to–market product marketing strategies, including definition & communication of product value propositions, product positioning and communications to local sales teams.
?Builds strategic partnerships with customers and channel partners, maintaining contact with key customers and industry associations.
?Regularly provides reports and analyses to IMS (e.g. the market figures, general economy trend and LP industry) and to the sales department (e.g. customer opportunities, competitors, market strategies & activities, competitor’s price tracking, market segment size and competitor results). Also responsible for the development and maintenance of training data.
?Provides customer insights (surveys, interviews, product usage data, etc.) and ensures continuous customer & market monitoring (customer/segment potential and penetration index, geographical coverage, etc.)
?Coordinates market/product analysis together with sales team: i.e. customer research, market conditions, market share, competitor data and product benchmarking.
?Must be able to anticipate the evolution and future of the industry, and how to use this understanding to enhance competitiveness.
?Responsible for pricing analysis (incl. competitor’s comparison, developing regular price lists, etc.) and deciding together with Local Sales Manager the price strategy based on the product value proposition to position it for the local market and to maximize profitability.
Requirements:
?Bachelor in electrical engineering or relevant subject. MBA is advantageous.
?Have 3-5 years of relevant experience: e.g. Product Marketing, Product Management or Business Development, or in a sales role.
?Fluent in English.
?Ability to work in a multinational environment and within a matrix organization.
?Flexible when required to travel locally.
?Previous experience of a similar position in a company within a similar field is required.

Low Voltage Products division manufactures low-voltage circuit breakers, switches, control products, wiring accessories, enclosures and cable systems to protect people, installations and electronic equipment from electrical overload. The division further makes KNX systems that integrate and automate a building's electrical installations, ventilation systems, and security and data communication networks.
