?With excellent interpersonal skills, partner with Engineering Managers to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics.

?Develop sourcing strategies for identifying passive and active candidates that strive for innovation within their respective field

?Act as a consultant through the hiring processes, HR related matters, compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc.

?Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates.

?Partner with cross functional teams, Sourcing, Recruiting Systems, HR Business Partners and HR operations teams as needed through the recruiting process.

?Provide excellent, timely customer service to our hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates.

Description

Provide coaching to managers and employees on a myriad of issues including: - Attendance warnings - Policy violations - Performance management - Leaves of absence - Reasonable accommodations Provide focused training/on-the-job skill building to increase ER expertise Keep ER metrics monthly and review on a quarterly basis to assess where action can be taken to simplify a process, train managers, etc. in order to support a growing client base Conduct investigations and decision reviews Support ER projects/initiatives as needed

- Authoritatively lead the university recruiting full cycle hiring process - Partner with recruiting peers to develop a holistic recruiting strategy on university campuses - Know your universities - develop positive relationships with faculty, staff, and student organizations to build a customized approach to recruiting - Know your clients - partner with business leaders to assess their recruiting needs and anticipate future needs - Know your market - have a pulse on the trends in the university space and modify your hiring strategy to best take advantage - Work consistently to ensure a phenomenal candidate experience from first-touch to post-internship - Navigate and overcome any roadblocks in the hiring process through effective use of time and resources - Track and analyze recruiting metrics
