Major Responsibilities:

  

 

  

1. Perform monthly close process, ensuring that the AR/AP ledger is well maintained and closed out in a timely, accurate manner.

  

1. Apply for net bank payments and correct data entry for invoice processing
2. Perform reconciliations of statements from banks and related parties
3. Responsible for checking expense reports, VAT invoices and bills.
4. Handle tax related works.
5. Tasks & reports assigned by HR & Finance Manager.

  

Requirements:

  

• Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 3 years' relevant experience.
• Proficient in using MS office.
• Self-motivated, organized and detailed minded
• Independent, initiative, mature and good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and reading English.
