Major Responsibilities:

  

 

  

1. Provide COC trainings and audits as required by Griffon/ Ames, to all employees and suppliers.

2. To support Company's compliance programs and to ensure the operations are in compliance to Company Code of Conduct, local laws and government regulations.

3. Maintain the updated company's policy, guidelines and SOPs related to Code of Conducts.

4. Maintain, execute and document the schedules for Internal & External audits. .

5. Perform audits at supplier sites, for Ethics, Health and Safety…etc..

   Set up Compliance Management Plans and Corrective Actions to drive continuous improvement

6. Verify that all regulatory policies and procedures are updated, documented, communicated and implemented.

              

            

  

 

  

Requirement:  

  

• University degree in law, business or other relevant subjects.

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in compliance management.

• Good understanding of compliance functions.

• Solid risk analysis, analytical and quantitative skills.

• Strong communication, writing and related industry analysis skills.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
