1．制订并下发具有可行性及有效性的生产计划、生产排程，减少停工待料的现象；

2．分析统计各加工中心的产能负荷；

3．跟踪产品生产过程、协调产品生产进度；

4．统计各加工中心的生产数据，供各部门查询;；

5．召开生产会议，对各部门生产过程进行协调及安排。

6．统计并掌握各物料料况，随时提供给工厂内其它部门调用；

7．进行物料预算，编制《物料需求表》进行申购，并提供给采购部门安排购料；

8．定期对物料变动状况进行统计总结，制定物流计划，管制各物料库存；

9．依据制版样品及作业标准书进行产品分析，编制物料使用标准；

10．对物料消耗和损耗定期统计，进行耗费考核，针对生产中的浪费现象有权采取合理措施。
