Job description
Directly report to Solaredge QA mag’r in China;
Leading the whole QC team and implementing on site process inspection, OBA inspection;
Monitor CM production process to ensure quality and reliability compliance;
Report and highlight QC findings to both Sorlaredge and CM quality teams;
Push for failure root cause analysis and corrective actions;
Continuously refine and drive QC teams under proper and effective work procedure.
Job requirement
College degree or above;
Can write fluent English;
5 years + experience at QC supervisor position in SMT/W.S/Box build production or relevant industry;
Familiar with IPC610F;
Good skills in communication and computer reporting.
