2：负责员工转正离职后社保公积金申报调入停交等手续。3：负责公司内部对外单位的行政交接培训工作，4：公司内部行政管理制度的建立健全和贯彻实施，内部文件的制作，发放，回收等工作。5：内部设施管理，盘点，维修等事务，维持美化公司形象。6：协助财务部做好员工考勤，内部文具购买申领和维修以及报销。7：负责销售部名片制作，展会预定，公里数登记等事务。。8：丰富员工文化活动，组织公司旅游。9：处理公司内部各种突发性时间，完成上级领导交代的事情。

职位要求：

1：女，年龄20-35岁，高中及大专以上学历

2：一年以上行政人事管理经验，熟悉此类工作流程

3：性格开朗活泼，做事灵活，善于沟通。
