General requirements:

Required degree: Bachelor or college with high working experience

Experience: 5 years in controls engineering in automotive area

Required languages: English (spoken and written skills) Chinese

Required software knowledge: CAD: Eplan, Autocad / PLC programming: Siemens, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Bosch, …

Job description:

· Work together with foreigner

· Receive instruction from Controls team leader and Manager

· Able to understand solution described, proposed and sold to the customer

· Able to understand customer specifications

· Able to understand and respect ergonomic and safety requirement in the machine and tools within hardware design and controls and programming architecture

· Able to design the project controls architecture

· Understand and follow the approved components list (supplier)

· Understand, follow and apply project hardware, fluidic and controls standard design – assist controls team leader in defining the project standard design

· Responsible of hardware and fluidic drawing design following mechanical concept design and Cycle actuator scheme

· Participate at the internal design review and design review with customer

· Responsible to generate the electrical and fluidic BOM (Bill of Material) of the machine / tool

· Check and release with the controls team leader

· Responsible of generating the machine functional analysis with usual working mode and restricted working modes, secure manual modes to avoid crash, describe restart function and process after emergency stop or machine error

· Assist assembly and adjustment team during installation

· Responsible to generate the machine software program

· Test and debug the machine software at TIG and customer site

· Responsible to support the team during issues solving process regarding the machine / tool at TIG and customer site

· Responsible to keep up to date all drawings, programs, documentation modified or adjusted at the end of the project

· Feedback controls team leader and manager with particular issues

· Generate lesson learn document for particular machine / tool / issue

· Support and train fresh engineers

· Generate the station documentation package, including station electrical architecture, BOM, Drawings, User manual and maintenance manual

Profile requirements:

· At least 5 years experience in proposal / controls engineering

· Able to define complete controls and fluidic architecture

· Good knowledge of the powertrain technologies

· Good knowledge of the special equipments for assembly and test systems and controls solutions

· Good knowledge of solutions cost

· Familiar with customers specifications

· Familiar with potential suppliers and solutions (pressing, fastening, leak testing, measuring, feeding, Servo, electric slides, sensors, PLC, HMI, software, fluidic …)

· Successful at sharing information

· Team spirit

· Willing to travel (China or abroad)
