Get involved in all training programs and deliver good training performance with innovative thinking.

Work with other trainers as a team to set up training performance evaluation System and support cross-site VF training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and facilitate all various training programs and business-related activities.

• Make materials translation and content preparation.

• Manage and standardize training materials and training manuals.

• Maintain and organize training records and reports.

• Optimize the Technical Training Management System under cross-functional support.

• In charge of training material logistics.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related majors.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Have basic knowledge about training and people development model.

• More than 1 years’ experience as a trainer is much preferred.

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.

• Good soft skills, especially in presentation and communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet.
