APAC IT Procurement Specialist

1/ Place Order: Take charge of IT procurement in APAC including PC, Printers, IT accessories and VC Equipment via SAP Ariba

2/ Delivery Monitor: Ensure devices delivered on time, Deal with exceptional situation and Follow up Return/Exchange

3/ Payment: Ensure invoices/POD/Quote matching to PO; Raise payment request efficiently; Handle outstanding payment

4/ Communication: Liaise with local vendors, regional IT managers in time for procurement related information synchronization

5/ Report: Make monthly report for APAC IT procurement

6/ Assist with inquiry/bidding/negotiation; Follow up approving process with Finance and Legal teams

IT Helpdesk

1/ PC troubleshooting, printers and VC(Video Conference)devices maintenance

2/ Quick response to VIP user IT related request

3/ Work closely with other function team to align global IT project

4/ Present excellent IT-service image and keep good relationship with BU
