 1、熟练掌握C语言编程；

2、熟悉各种layout软件，有电子线路layout经验，熟悉EMC兼容设计，具有独立分析解决问题的能力；

3、熟悉或了解Cortex-M0,M3内核，STM32处理器，及常见I2C、SPI、UART、CAN、RS232等外设的配置，熟练应用C编写控制程序者优先；

4、熟练使用STM32,能够熟练使用调式工具，熟悉上位机和芯片的通迅，比如USB更新固件；

5、具有良好的学习及沟通能力，富有团队精神，2年独立设计及以上从业经验，具有实际应用设计经验。

6、独立完成产品开发设计的原理图、BOM清单、PCB制板、程序编制、PCB板调试等直到做出样机，至少完全独立设计开发过一款单片机电路和程序编制。

7、熟练使用电子电路必要的仪器仪表及较强的动手能力，熟知控制系统必要的模拟、数字电路、串口总线(232/485)、红外通讯等，能够使用它们进行单片机的外围接口设计。

8、能够使用UCOS嵌入式操作系统，能够在STM32上运行UCOS,熟练使用KEIL,IAR等的优先。

9、熟练使用office办公软件，编写产品规格书及测试文档

岗位要求：

1、通信、电子、计算机等相关专业。

2、具有比较扎实的数字信号处理理论基础，熟悉 GSM 移动通信原理，信号调制解调原理，以及频谱分析技术原理。 有无线通信物理层算法实现经验、数字变频，软件无线电相关研发经历者优先。

3、有无线路由器产品开发经验或机箱开发经验优先。

4、思维敏捷，性格开朗，责任感强，工作积极主动，具备学习意识，有良好的团队协作意识。
