工作职责

1、定期拜访客户，与客户进行项目沟通、跟踪；

2?、挖掘客户需求，准确、及时传达客户要求，与团队保持良好沟通；

3、及时跟踪及处理客户反馈，维护客户关系；

4、负责联络沟通客户，建立客户资料及档案，完成相关销售报表；

5、负责整理客户资料、销售协议、合同等存档管理；

6、维护客户关系，致力于提高客户满意程度；

7、有开发新客户的意识。

  

任职要求：

  

1、大专及以上学历，相关工作经验1年以上，广告学，新闻学优先；

2、有文案撰写功底优先，熟练使用office办公软件; 

3、性格开朗，细心，有较强的敬业精神及责任心，能承受工作压力，执行力强； 

4、具备良好的适应能力和学习能力，乐于接受新鲜事务； 

5、具备良好的沟通能力，倾听的能力和组织协调能力； 

6、具有团队合作意识，能充分协调各部门资源；
