岗位职责

1.负责深圳办公室日常运营工作

1)金杜深圳办公室日常运营工作；

2)管理行政、IT、市场部门的各项工作；

3)组织制定营运系统的各项管理制度、工作流程，并贯彻实施；

4)组织制定各职能部门的年度工作发展规划，监督各项工作计划的执行；

5)编制运营部门年度预算，与财务部配合每季度检查预算执行情况，及时向管理小组汇报并相应制订调整方案；

2.协助组织管理小组会议、合伙人会议；

3.组织事务所日常活动、外事活动、培训活动、对外及对内接待任务；

4.与北京总部和各个分所协调，配合全所重大会务、项目和相关制度的执行；

5.负责与市/区司法局和市律协相关工作的沟通、协调与执行。

岗位需求

1.人力资源、管理类、法律类专业本科及以上学历（有海外留学背景优先考虑）；

2.10年以上律所、大型企业行政管理经验；

3.熟悉行政事务处理及相关流程，具有较强的服务意识；

4.成熟的职业心态及心理抗压能力，较强的团队管理能力；

5.具有较强的亲和力、人际沟通和协调能力；

6.具有优秀的语言及书面表达能力，能够熟练撰写各类报告。
