AS17-Parts Logistics Specialist (Warehouse & Distribution)
Responsibilities:
1) Warehouse & distribution operation management
- Ensure the legal and audit compliance for parts Warehouse and distribution;
- Ensure the compliance of Warehouse & distribution operation to company principle and parts internal guidelines;
- Close management to Warehouse & distribution supplier on site to ensure the operations are in the right track;
- Track leadtime of intermediary transportation to ensure shipments are delivered from harbor/airport to Warehouse timely and smoothly;
- Monitor Warehouse inbound & outbound process to ensure correct receiving and shipping within target time;
- Closely monitor SAP (WM module) system performance and communicate with PAG for problem-shooting;
- Parts purchase variance and inventory adjustment application & posting in SAP;
- Damage /Dead stock parts write-off application, SAP posting and scrapping arrangement;
- Monitor dealer return parts and arrange scrapping for returned parts;
- Monitor and support parts scrapping on scrapping yard;
- Annual stock take preparation and arrangement;
- Tracking VOR and Stock delivery performance and on-time delivery rate;
- Verification of on-time delivery reports;
- Generation of monthly transportation report and Warehouse KPI report, support on logistic cost analysis and management report logistic section;
- Support to dealers or other internal department on warehousing or transportation side.
2) Parts supply chain optimization on Warehouse & distribution
- Analysis parts purchase variance and inbound damage reasons, communicate with PAG for pick error reduction and original package improvement;
- Analysis parts dealer claim & Warehouse error rate to reduce Warehouse pick error and improve shipping package;
- Analysis Warehouse utilization status and storing structure for space & storing strategy optimization;
- Warehousing SOP establishment and enhancement;
- Analysis of Parts on-time delivery report to improve parts distribution quality;
- Analysis of parts logistic survey dealer feedback to improvement Warehouse and distribution performance;
- Analysis on the history stock order volume, truck status and new dealer network to optimize distribution route;
- Analysis on Warehouse and distribution billing to reduce logistic cost ratio.
3) Logistic suppliers management
- Establishment & improve of KPI system for suppliers;
- Monitor performance of suppiliers based on the feedback from dealer survey;
- Regular visit or meeting with suppliers for trouble-shooting and procedure improvement;
- Logistic service charges review and payment to suppliers;
- Logistic service contract review and approval procedure follow up.
4) Parts internal process establishment
- Study on parts department internal process, establishment of SOP on Parts warehousing and distribution side;
- Generation and update of parts process guideline documents;
- Archive documents of daily operation , well prepare for auditing.
5) Parts logistic Project Support
- Support on Parts logistic strategy planning;
- Support on Parts logistic projects such as logistic service contract tender, system update and change and other projects related to Warehouse and distribution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree on International Trade or Supply Chain (Logistic) Management ;
- At least 3 years work experience on relevant industry or position;
- Hardworking and positive learning attitude;
- Proficient knowledge in MS office, including Word, Excel (very important) and Powerpoint;
- Good communication & social skills;
- Proficient knowledge in international trade and logistics;
- Well-organized reporting and presentation skills;
- Flexible trouble-shooting, strategy planning skills;
- Proficiency in both written and oral English;
- Good teamwork player;
- Auto parts knowledge and logistics related studies would be a plus;
- Proficiency in both written and oral English;
- Logistics or International Trade knowledge
- Familiar with ERP system (SAP preferred)
