Responsibility:

- Communicate with respective department to understand purchasing needs and finalize project specifications

- Conduct RFP (Request for Proposal) process

- Vendor Selection Process: quotation analysis and price negotiation with vendors

- Contract negotiation and finalization

- Create Purchase Order/Frame Contract in SAP system

- Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order process for PCSP

- Goods/Service receipt

- Communicate with internal departments as well as external vendors regarding Purchase Order and Goods/Service receipt related issues

- Identify potential new vendors

- Maintain & update vendor master data

- Collect and draft optimization ideas regarding purchasing process and SAP process, including goods/service receipt process

- Conduct necessary communication with relative colleagues in Porsche Germany

Requirement:

- 3 years procurement experience in well known international companies

- Non productive material purchasing experience is a plus

- Successful experiences in procurement project management independently

- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, demonstrate sound work ethics and behave proactively on duties

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with outstanding business acuteness

- Strong analytical skills, familiar with contractual terms

- Detail oriented, self-motivated and self-discipline

- Chinese native, excellent English, both written and oral (German is a plus)

Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint), SAP experience is a plus
