职位描述

Specific Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with CIS policies, procedures, and strategies.
  • Carry out day-to-day standard operations and provide support services to the country users.
  • Sourcing, procurement, coordination and management of new software, hardware and supplies of the country.
  • Provide technical support of (not limited to):
  • End point computing
  • Server Computing
  • Country websites
  • Telephony/Conferencing
  • Systems upgrades and patching
  • Software/hardware provisions and contracts
  • Local IT Asset Management
  • Local IT Audit champion
  • On-premise server room
  • Local systems administrator
  • Other technologies as emerged.
  • Support of CIS ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Release Management.
  • Support and improve support metrics and KPI’s on a continuous basis.
  • Support global IT initiative and project activities for the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Be the technical champion(s) if and when assigned.
  • Drive technology adoption and operational aspect for the region
  • Be the focal point and consultant of the technology for the team
  • Evaluate the current state, design and propose future state of the technologies
  • Periodic review and update on the trend of the technology
  • Cover Regional Service Desk group if and when needed.

Requirements

  • Client service oriented with ability to communicate technical issues in simple terms.
  • Calm and polite manner when dealing with end users even in challenging situations.
  • Ability to identify technical and non-technical issues and resolve effectively.
  • Be able to effectively prioritize tasks, changes and incidents in line with both business and CIS requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Bias for action and fortitude to challenge the status quo with a results-oriented sense of urgency.
  • Measurement driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Availability for occasional work in the evenings or weekends.
  • Local lingual fluency.
