Professional requirement

Equivalent to Degree holder in International Business Studies, Finance, MIS or any relevant qualification.

? Min 610 years working experience, preferably related to Operations /Finance / Project implementation & Deployment in freight forwarding or logistic industry

? Possess strong business acumen, operational, financial and technical/system capabilities. Able to cross relate these functions.

? Ability to define, review and improve existing processes (breakdown complex tasks and improvise, whilst maintaining targeted objective).

? Convincing leadership and management skill, multi-tasker, keen learner, and able to work independently and also as part of team.

? Strong leadership qualities to manage all levels of internal stakeholders.

? Empathise stakeholders’ issue and come up with feasible solution that is aligned with Network standard process.

? Digest and draft formal procedure for documentation, training and implementation.

? Ability to generate and analyze statistical report.

? Good knowledge of Excel (2010) is a must, exposure to business ntelligence tools (cognos, business object) is a plus.

? Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese. Management reporting is a must.

? Excellent interpersonal communications skill to convince and negotiate at

all levels.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
