职位描述
JOB PURPOSE ·
Manage Customer Service team ·
Manage customer relationship ·
Support warehouse manager on daily operation
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS ·
Be familiar with all the items of logistic contract and comprehensively understand the assignment and demanding of the clients
Train cs. Review and update sop timely to make sure sop matches requirements/operation
Contact with clients frequently and set up monthly meeting with the clients. Investigate any complaints and take corrective/preventive actions
Take responsibility of KPI statistic and summary, making logistics service visible so as to enhance service, quality, efficiency, productivity, cut down cost and utilize KPI statistic to assess performance
Other workloads assigned by line manager
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS ·
5-8 years experience in 3rd party logistics ·
At least 3 years experience at management level ·
Fluent in written/oral English ·
Positive to work under pressure
