1. Have the overview and control of the rail shipment team and quality of the team performance.
2. Remotely manage and lead team members in different site.
3. Set up and continuously optimize SOP, ensure all SOP are implemented and followed correctly.
4. Ensure the team service meet the agreement with clients.
5. Take lead in case of irregularities and always satisfy clients.
6. Set up KPI for team members and conduct monthly KPI review, coach and guide them to achieve KPI target.
7. Seek for potential business opportunity from existing clients.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 10 years working experience in freight forwarding company, and at least 3 years in a director level position.
3. Solid experience and knowledge in rail shipment, especially in China Railway Express.
4. Approved successful experience in building and leading a 10-20 persons team.
5. Has advanced management experience and strategy development and implementation capability.
6. Has good personal ethics and professional ethics.
7. Experience in remotely leading teams in different site is preferable.
8. Good command of English, both in oral and writing.
9. Can accept frequent domestic travelling.
