JOB TITLE: 系统运营主管

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. The transportation management system (TMS) implementation analyst will play a key role in the global rollout of our TMS system which is BluJay (formerly known as Kewill) TMFF. This person will be on the front line in our global rollout involved in implementing TMFF to our offices around the world.
2. He/she has experience in the freight forwarding and logistics business and has worked with transportation management systems in the past. Furthermore, this person has excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
3. Job tasks includes gathering and analysing client requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, preparing and conducting user training, configuration of the transport management system for new locations and interfacing with our software vendor (BluJay).

SKILLS

• Education and work experience:

1. At least 2 years of relevant logistics and freight forwarding experience is a must
2. A university bachelor’s degree is a must
3. Experience using transport management system (TMS) is a must
4. Project management and/or systems implementation experience is preferred
5. Experience in working in cross cultural teams is preferred
6. Experience with SQL and/or XML is a bonus

1. A strong, confident and detail oriented individual with a hands-on mentality
2. A self-starter who takes initiative and is results oriented
3. Excellent people person with strong (intercultural) communication skills

• Other skills

1. Excellent English business proficiency (written and verbal) is a must; Mandarin is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analysis

1. Conduct initial assessments in which new client requirements are gathered and analysed
2. Execute fit-gap analysis of client requirements and current system capabilities

• System implementation

1. Create required deliverables such as functional designs
2. Configuration of TMFF based on client requests; interface with vendor where required

• Application support & maintenance

1. Prepare and execute user training; be first line of communication for questions
2. Maintain and improve TMFF based on client requests
