JOB TITLE: FIELD SALES MANAGER

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

1. To manage the field sales team (and himself) fulfill below tasks
2. Maintenance and development of Local Accounts
3. Execute sales process and achieve the agreed targets (Sales calls / Visits/ cold calls/ target market/ Gross Margin)
4. Work and maintain actively on CRM and update target / client information and target list
5. Independent sales approach on agreed Key Account targets
6. Proper implementation of new accounts into operations or customer service including SOP
7. Be key person to support sales activities initiated by Central China Sales Management

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

1. Functional experience in air / sea
2. Expertise and professionalism in customer contact
3. Understanding of customer requirements and retrieve information to Management
4. Pro-active approach on customer requirements
5. Strong functional and commercial understanding of business environment especially in processes

MANAGEMENT SKILLS

1. Able to successfully execute the sales process.
2. Able to manage cross-functional interfaces (Operations and CS).
3. Self-management (Planning, Organizing & Goal Setting, Execution)
4. Decision-making capabilities
5. Prioritize the tasks
6. Accurate information reporting
