Responsibilities:

  

1. Administration tasks for the ICT operations of Greater China (GC) locations

2. Procurement for ICT products and services of GC locations.

3. Documentation, filing and reports for ICT operation

4. ICT inventory management

5. Being the Contact windows for ICT administration.

6. Participates in various projects

7. Basic technical supports to internal users

8. Provide training to users 

9. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

                      

1. College graduate in mathematics or business related discipline

   (e.g. math, economics, physics, IT, etc.)

2. At least 5 years working experience in related jobs described above

3. Experience in serving regional business environment.

4. Experience in IT operations preferred, but not mandatory.

5. College English Test Band4 or above or equivalent.

6. Effective in Excel and PowerPoint.
