职位描述：

1、起草、审核各类中英文业务合同（偏重海外业务，英文文件）；

2、负责对接战略客户事业部以及其它部门，处理相关法律事务；

3、为对接的事业部提供法律支持（如纠纷解决、员工关系、合规支持等）。

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，法学专业；

2、3 年以上中大型企业法务工作经验或中大型律师事务所工作经验；

3、英语听说读写能力良好；

4、通过司法考试，持法律职业资格证书优先。

上班地点：

1.深圳，一年2-3次到非洲，一次1-2周；

2.印度。
