Requirements: 

- University graduate with accounting major

 - Holder of accounting certificate 

- At least 3 years relevant working experience in accounting & ERP systems 

 - Good communications skills and English 

 - Experience in Logistics companies and foreign companies will be a plus 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Handles local payment via e-banking & arrange overseas payment in bank 

- Check / verify supporting documents & handle Journal input in to NAV ( including AR, AP, bank book & month-end accruals)

 - Issue VAT invoice 

- Deal with Tax Bureau & arrange tax filing matters 

- Weekly aging status update - Intercompany reconciliation

 - Monthly statement of accounts to customers with credit terms 

- Coordinate with tax & year-end audit, deal with local authorities for any query, inspection, etc

 - Personal administrative work – keep staffs’ attendance record, coordinate with Fesco on payroll matter  

- Office administration

 – stationery / office supplies ordering, contract filing, IT network connection, office maintenance, etc.
