Technology Support Group Senior Officer / 技术支持部资深事务员  

Working location: Bao’an International Airport, Shenzhen  

Main Responsibilities:  

1) To provide end user technical support on PC equipment as well as hardware, software and system troubleshooting in order to ensure the stability, efficiency and effectiveness of Corp system for operations and other function.

2) To check and liaise with Region for the best solution for IT evaluation, to prepare or review necessary technical documents for solution and recommendation.  

3) To coordinate and introduce the new Operation system to TSG counterpart, to monitor the implementation process with Operation center, to follow up on the effectiveness of the new project / system, in order to ensure the implementation of the OP project / system in area/district is on time and perform up to UPS standard.  

  

Requirement:  

1) Associate degree or above with major in computer related. At least 2 years relevant practical experience.  

2) Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with a good command of both written and oral English.  

3) Good working knowledge in hardware and software trouble-shooting under LAN/WAN environment. Technically competent in Windows Operating System as well as Microsoft Office.  

4) Accept working hours by turns, including overnight shift (21:00-06: 00).

主要职责：  

1）给用户的电脑相关设备提供技术支持，包括硬件、软件和系统的故障处理，确保公司各部门与系统有效运行。  

2）协助上级部门检查并提供有效的技术解决方案，准备必要的技术文档与建议。  

3）协调并培训新的操作系统给相关同事，有效跟进各项新工程与系统的部署实施，确保工程实施符合UPS标准。  

  

岗位要求：  

1）大专或以上学历，计算机相关专业；良好的英文口语和书面能力；  

2）至少2年以上相关工作经验；熟悉网络设备的硬件与软件故障处理；  

3）熟悉运用操作系统与办公软件；具有良好的分析能力与沟通技巧；

4）接受三班制的轮班工作时间，包括晚班（21:00 – 06：00）。
