Responsibilities:

？ Coordinate monthly spending and cash flow forecast with Financial Planning & Analysis team;

？ Review and control lifecycle/annual engineering Capex and Opex budget in SAP through WBS coding;

？ Review and coordinate annual engineering headcount budget between user department & HR;

？ Review and control annual engineering general cost;

？ Monthly closing: accrual and rolling forecast with variance analysis through deep dive review with user department;

？ Purchasing Requisition review and control through business deep dive and evaluation

？ Provide support to other finance business: tax, FP&A, etc.;

？ May also support Product Development System teams, as necessary / role further defined;

？ Ad-hoc assignments & process improvement.

Qualifications:

？ Highly motivated finance professional with proven track record for an automotive OEM, minimum 5 years progressive experience;

？ At least 2-4 years controlling or program experience in engineering industry or in Auto Company is preferred;

？ Familiar with SAP;

？ Good Excel/PowerPoint skill;

？ Professionalism, Analytics, Interpersonal Relationship Building;

？ Written and oral fluency in Chinese and English; strong communications ability through either spoken or written mediums in both languages;

？ Business degree in finance/accounting (from top schools in China/Overseas); MBA strongly preferred;

？ CPA preference
