职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing
- Placing customer order to Product Line Customer Service (PL-CS)
- Order confirmation / acknowledgement to customer
- Support all logistics co-ordinations for customer in: Pull-in/Push-out/Cancellation/etc.....
2. Shipment Follow Up
- Monitor factories' confirmation closely to ensure on time shipment(s)
- Regularly order backlog & confirmation to customers / prepare proforma invoice for customer to arrange advance payment (T/T and L/C accounts)
- Arrange shipment to customers once goods arrived warehouse / monitor warehouse to post GR / arrange Hold Shipment to avoid shipment delay (manual generate DN if needed). To ensure goods deliver to customers according to our confirmation and with shipment details provided whenever is required
- Try best to fulfill customer's special / urgent request in shipment arrangement
3. Handle Customer Complaints & Claims
- All complaints (discrepancies, quality or services) must be handled with patient and friendly attitude, despite claims are justified or not
- Try to understand the case and take immediate action with related department(s)
- Escalate to higher management should issue is not followed up properly without delay, response/feedback to customer with solution within shortest possible period
4. Inventory Monitoring
- Monitor customer's backlog to avoid delay shipment, resulting in high inventory
- Follow up closely with customers for all re-scheduling and cancellation requests
- Consignment stock handling & monitoring
5. Prepare Sales Document
- Provide shipping details / delivery schedules to customers
- Mail invoices to customers for payment preparation
- Work with relevant departments for special customer's request. (Example: Special label arrangement with Central Function)
6. Special Requirements (Tools)
- Knowledge of SAP system / OPAL / EBIS / Assist 4 / Shipment tracking system TTS


Requirements:
1. Education, Qualifications & Special Training:
- Diploma OR Bachelor's Degree holder.
2. Experience:
- 2 to 3 years experience in Customer Service field, preferably in electronic components industry.
3. Knowledge & Skills:
- Fluent in Cantonese / Mandarin & English
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Computer software and database system knowledge, SAP knowledge will definitely be an advantage
4. Personality Requirement:
- A team player, service minded with pleasant personality
- Self motivated & take ownership of responsible activity
- Able to work under pressure
5. Business Understanding:
- Experience in Electronic Components Industry will be an advantage
- Incoterms
