亚太区供应链计划总监/Supply Planning Director

工作职责：

1. 全面统筹集团总公司、分公司、外发厂生产计划事宜、提高产能和运作效率；

2. 根据公司全年的销售预测及增长率调整工厂生产进度、面辅料齐料状况及公司生产能力的判定，合理编排生产计划并实施、跟进；

3. 整合供应链与各分厂、市场部、售后客服部的关联，推动市场部与各经销商代理商的衔接；

4. 建立完善的计划管理工作流程及制度，并定期优化；

5. 跟催生产物料的库存、领用、定制管理和物料的合理周转；根据库存状况和订单产品的物料需求督导制定采购计划；

6. 主要目标、计划的制定；日常管理工作及下属员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；定期对员工进行工作量、工作效率、工作态度进行评审。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历， 10年以上大型制造业PMC工作经验，2年以上计划经理/总监任职经历；

2. 熟悉生产制造管理体系，精通生产计划和物料管控知识；

3. 熟悉物料采购策略和库存管理，能熟练使用ERP系统；

4. 有定制生产企业经验优先考虑；

5. 有很强的团队管理和沟通协调能力。
