Responsibilities:

· Bring brand experience to life in store through demonstration and customer engagement

· Provide word class customer service at all stages of purchase lifecycle

· Develop and demonstrate customer service standards that others to aspire to

· Recommend and implement initiatives to achieve and exceed targets

· Ensures proper merchandise presentation is maintained in accordance with company standards

· Execution of cashier responsibilities within in company policies and procedures

· Be involved in inventory control, replenishment and stock take

· Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by store management

Requirements:

· 1 year relevant retail and industry experience

· Ability to interact with customers and co-workers in a friendly, cooperative manner

· Ability to work in fast-paced public environment

· Interest in gaming and/or youth lifestyle valued

· Understanding of marketing and branding fundamentals

· High level of attention to detail

· Good communication skills are required for this role
