1 Work with Material Planner to release purchase order to suppliers according to NetSuite, take actions to cancel, delay or expedite purchase order

2 Closely communicate with suppliers to secure the on-time delivery.

3 Communicate BTC’s expectations to the suppliers, Work with sourcing manager to conduct supplier audit / visits, certifications, and performance reviews to develop and continuously improve supply base.

4 Ensure the order information extremely accurate and file the Purchase Orders.

5 Prepare the monthly statements with suppliers and the documents for payment processing.

6 Monitor the stocked/obsolete materials and clearly record the data.

7 Work with quality department to score the supplier delivery performance.

Qualification:

1 Bachelor Degree, major in mechanical or electronics is preferred.

2 More than 3 years working experience as buyer in a manufacturing company.

3 Good command of English in reading and writing.

4 Good communication skill, priority-orientated.
