Requirements:

-Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline
-8-10y experience in Engineering, at least 2y managerial experience
-Experience with the Project Management, Production process control (moulding, on line testing)
-Experience in design, debug and problem solving
-Good knowledge of International product safety requirements of toy products such as EN71-part 3, ASTM, UL, EMC and RoHS for toy industries etc
-Fluent English is a must (Cantonese is an advantage)
-Willigness to travel

Responsibilities:
-Key member of the project team reporting to and supporting the Engineering Manager
-Drive novelty project develpment and secure product quality / product safety with the support of mechanical engineers
-Cooperation with the suppliers in China and Global team in EU.
-Drive continuous improvement projects - novelty and replenishment by re-engineering and proces optimization
-Drive the development progress and approval of elements, tools and mold design
-Review and approve the feasibility/reliability of the design solution
-Secure the development schedule, cost as planned and support the quality control plan
