We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager Assistant with technical sales skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- As part of the sales department, meets or exceeds the target sales and profit
- Assists in building the sales network in China
- Prepares quotes and proposals
- Attains distributors sales goals and revenue objectives
- Monitor and ensures compliance to all company policies in the branch location
- Monitor sales performances and makes necessary adjustment to achieve sales budgets
- Assures accurate reporting and handling of office leads and creative sales through proper use of daily recaps
- Prepares detailed reporting as required, measuring key indicators as outlined
- Assists and conducts sales meetings around China
- As part of the marketing department develop and monitor proper use of sales materials
- Prepares detailed reporting and conduct surveys
- Assists in build new communication tools
- Other duties as assigned
KNOLOWDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
LANGUAGES ESSENTIAL:
- Chinese - Mother tongue (preferred)
- English - Proficient (Interview English test)
COMPUTER KNOWLODGE:
High level of expertise in computer is required (Interview computer literacy test)
ESSENTIAL:
- Office Outlook
- Office Word
- Office Excel (Expert)
- Office PowerPoint (Expert)
- Adobe Graphic suite (Photoshop Expert) or Corel suite (Draw and Photo Paint Expert)
PLUS:
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Access + VBA
- AutoCad
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Can work under pressure and adaptable
- Willing to work extended numbers of hours
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent planning organizational skills
EDUCATION EXPERIENCES
- Relevant experiences in this area (preferred) - Security systems - Video door phones - Home automation - Access control - communication systems - electronics
- Bachelor degree (preferred)
