岗位职责：

1、负责高温合金产品工艺开发和生产技术支持；

2、负责高温合金的相关研发工程和科研项目；

3、根据研发的项目，分析相关科研数据，完成学术论文的撰写；

4、负责航空发动机叶片科研铸造实验、铸造生产和相关检测分析工作；

任职资格：

1、硕士及以上学历，冶金类、材料类等相关专业；

2、有高温合金，粉末冶金或航空飞机发动机等相关研究方向或工作经历优先，优秀应届毕业生可考虑；

3、熟悉质量管理、安全规章等相关管理规定；

4、工作积极主动，做事踏实上进，有良好的职业素养，具有较强的专研能力和创新思维能力。
