Solid foundation in consultancy sales fundamentals such as vision creation, prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development, client presentations and deal closing, ideally with the knowledge/experiences in project management. Account management include sales strategy, sales execution, project management and account growth plan, proven track record in client management and new sales acquisitions .Experiences and successes in a quota carrying position ideally with MNC.

职位要求：

1. Master degree with more than 10 years working experience either in IT service or software industries.

2. Strong industry knowledge.

3. Have very strong solution selling skills.

4. At least 5-8 years of selling and quota carrying experience, above 3 years of people management experiences

5. Be able to manage a challenging sales quota and experienced in multiple industry-specific IT solutions in relation to relevant industry.

6. Be aggressive in new sales development and can lead sales to pursuit new opportunities.

7. Be able to travel frequently to visit customers and prospects

8. Can-do attitude and team work spirit.

9. Mandarin /English speaking.
