Job Description

This Position is mainly responsible for employee expense reimbursement, Vendor invoice processing, vendor statement reconciliation and bank statement reconciliation, AP related month-end closing job as well as cash flow forecast.

In this positon you will:

• Validate and register employee travel and expense claim.
• Check and register vendor invoices, support Cashier for weekly payment.
• Make monthly vendor statement reconciliation, communicate with outside vendors and internal business departments to clear outstanding issues.
• Complete monthly bank statement reconciliation before deadline.
• Be responsible for intercompany invoice billing.
• Finish AP related month-end closing job timely and accurately.
• Prepare cash flow forecast report.
• Provide support during internal and external audit.
• Ad hoc assignment.

 

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience for accounting, manufacturing plant accounting experience is a plus. Outstanding fresh graduates can be also taken into consideration.
• Fluent on both written and oral English.
• Good at Excel, experienced at outlook and Word.
• Strong responsibility and can work under pressure.
• Team work and fulfil commitment is highly priority.
