-Bank guarantee issuance

-Account service, including opening of accounts for customers (individual/ corporate), and other account administration services; maintenance of customers information in banking systems; the data input into the banking systems related to accounts;

-Fee collection relating to customer, account, e-banking and others;

- well store customerdocuments and credit profiles

-Documentation, limit and collateral control, including prepare facility letter and collateral document, customer facility set up and monitoring, detachement, guarantee, and other collateral handling and control

-Loan transactions, including loan drawdown, repayment, rollover, interest/principal collection)

- well store of credit profiles
