• Oversee the end-to-end application of the Visa and Immigration Service, including but not limited to:

- contacting with client

- coordination with other involved parties (moving team, housing team, etc.)

- collection, review, and submission of documents

• Anticipate any potential blocking points and work to find possible solutions and manage client expectations
• Raise any potential compliance issues to Crown management
• Keeping abreast of any changes to China immigration law and procedures and communicate any updates to clients
• Administrative work with relation to case reporting and client invoicing
