深圳招聘

1、 负责公司海运空运进出口业务的开展及团队建设；

2、 负责安排对公司接收的订单安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜；

3、 合理安排和分配本部门员工的工作，团结本部门员工共同完成好公司交给的操作任务。

4、 接受客户委托、拼箱、换单、安排跟踪储运和制单、报关等环节，根据清关情况和 客户及时沟通；
5、 针对客户，制作该客户的标准作业书并阶段性的操作流程；负责联系、协调公司客 户，准确及时处理客户的信息及要求等，有效跟踪；
6、 与客户沟通处理各种突发事件；

任职资格:
1、 大专及以上学历，5年以上国际货代等相关领域业务操作工作经验，至少2年以上客服/操作团队管理经验；
2、 熟悉海关、商检机构的进口清关流程、查验、交税、申报的要求，对此有一定的见 解和认识；
3、 工作细心、责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神；
4、 有熟练的英文听说、读写能力;
5、 能熟练运用MS office EXCEL等办公软件；

6. 能够讲广东话优先考虑
