• 1、负责视频服务器的开发，包括设计、编码、调试和单元测试；
  2、负责监控平台客户端流媒体插件的开发，提供插件模块给前端开发团队使用，包括设计、编码、调试、单元测试，和对前端开发使用插件的技术支持；
  3、负责和第三方流媒体平台，NVR，Camera等流媒体源进行集成对接，包括设计、编码、调试和单元测试；
  4、参与系统架构设计，并支持其他模块和流媒体服务器的集成对接。
  任职资格
  1、本科学历；
  2、5-8年相关工作经验；
  3、具有优秀的领悟、逻辑推理、动手实战、分析并解决问题能力，优秀的沟通协作、担当精神，优秀的执行力，优秀的结果导向型思维，持续付出，努力推进，高质量完成本职工作，自我驱动，主动竞争，优秀的抗压耐力，具有一定的规划策划能力；
  4、精通C++开发工作5年以上开发经验；
  5、3年以上流媒体服务器（视频服务器开发经验；
  6、熟悉TCP、UDP，RTSP/RTP/RTCP, SIP，，TEMP/HLS等网络及流媒体协议，并有实际项目经验；
  7、熟悉MPEG2,MPEG4,H.264,H.265编码算法， TS/MP4等视频封装格式；
  8、熟悉ffMPEG,Live555，有过项目中使用经验；
  9、熟悉面向对象编程思想，熟悉用设计模式，熟悉软件复用的技术和方法。
