Essential Function 1:  Sales operations Support management    

1. Accurate and timely processing of order fulfilment to meet overseas customer or intragroup requiremants     

2. Follow up stock allocation with suppliers based on SCM planning platform     

3. Billing and Documentation, export oriented     

Essential Function 2:  Coodination with Local Operational Organaization    

1. Coordinate with overseas accounts credit management     

2. Coordinating with BU regional SCM to perform stock optimizaiton within the region     

3.      

Essential Function 3:  Represent local BU Pigments    

1. Complaints management and follow-up with QM/QA     

2. Return orders & rebate management in coordination with overseas customers     

3. Support to customer masterdata or material masterdata maintenance
