- Handle the operation process. Manage the daily orders and all the related changes.

-Proactively coordinate and negotiate between US operation team and suppliers.

-Work closely with PD, QA, QC & shipping team to make sure the products delivered on time. Assist to solve the problems arising for all the orders.

-Follow up the Inquiries.

-Support team for all the related reports, production capacity analysis & other data analysis reports.

 

Competencies and Skills Required

 

-Min 2 years’ merchandiser/coordinator experience in consumer electronics product industry.

-Have manufacturing experience and knowledge. Very familiar with factory internal work flow, production & operation process.

-Solid import and export experience.

-Good skills in Excel & Microsoft Office Word are required.

-Good at data analysis.

- Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, detail minded and responsive.

- Good negotiation skills, communications skills & solving problem skills.

- Good at written English & fluent spoken English.

- Good team player.
