Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of various training programs and materials targeted at customer, in store sales force, sales associates.
Building up annual training plan through training need survey and analysis, and create objectives, tactics, and plans to accomplish training goals.
Conduct training seminars and activities focus on topics including product features and benefits, selling techniques and skills, brand philosophy, new products focus.
Design and implement external training programs in conjunction with product managers and sales management. Responsible for coordinating all training sessions and assisting the Regional Sales Manager and Retail/Project Channel Manager.
Monitor retail shops and DIY outlets sales performance of each sales region and focus customers, then productively respond with appreciate training initiatives(collaborating with sales and product management associates).
