Main Responsibilities:
? Contract Management and relevant issues: review contracts for DC, sale, procurement, logistics and admin; improve the contract management rules to ensure the company’s business intention and interests are well protected and compliance with the Company’s global legal policy.
? Provide legal advice with Sales Department and relevant teams to ensure full execution of contracts and assist Sr. Legal Manager to take legal actions (arbitration, litigation, C&D Letter) when needed and be very confident with those legal procedures.
? Manage the Company’s license, stamps and other certificates and conduct license application, renewal, cancelation, and annual reporting.
? Review the product advertising claims, deal with consumer complaint cases and market regulatory investigation, summarize the experience of legal solutions, and share with team members and marketing, QM team.
? Review documents and seal stamp according HQ guidance.
? Other temporarily assigned, such as collection evidence, compliance training and etc.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor Degree or above in law.
? Fluent English communication skills.
? At least 3 years’ legal work experience in a reputable law firm and /or MNC in-house position.
? China Legal Professional Qualification holder is preferred.
? FMCG/Retail industry background will be a plus.
? Familiar with civil and commercial laws, company law, contract law, labor law/labor contract law, foreign investment regulations, advertising Law and have a strong sense of legal risk control.
? Demonstrated initiative with integrity, strategic-thinking, and good problem-solver.
? Good cross-functional communication skills.
