岗位职责:

? Work with other business analysts, business team and other IT teams to enable Business Transformation and continuous business process improvement

? Work closely with the business and IT teams to review corresponding business and system processes in order to gain a complete understanding of current procedures, document detailed processes, identify improvements opportunity, work out the solutions, get them buy-in by business and IT teams, and create value to business operation and strategy

? Contribute to IT strategy, blueprint and roadmap aligned with business strategy, business process improvement and priorities based on your understand with the business, strategic and goals

? Capture, validate and document the business change request, ensure they're in line with key business and IT strategies, translated from business operations, business objectives, and then identify the priorities with business and system impact and benefits.

? Ensure effective and innovative solution design based on professional knowledge and experience of business areas and systems.

? Work with the program and projects team: 

？ Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to priority deliverables and negotiate on functionalities.

？ Major contributor to the requirements specification deliverables, writes the business and functional requirements, good understanding of the business and ensure that there is integration between business and technology, 

？ Accountable for full traceability and linkage of business requirements to technical requirements, ST and UAT

？ Creating detailed process documentation and associated training material and user manual and responsible for business key user training

？ Participates in SIT - System and Integration Testing

？ Support the UAT - User Acceptance Testing

任职资格:

? 15+ years of overall working experience, with 5+ years of experience as BA – Business Analyst on all or multi-functions of Sales, Marketing & Service for multi-national companies:

? In-depth knowledge and solid experience with business and IT systems for Sales, Marketing & Service, could add value to complex cross business and cross-systems deliveries

? Good knowledge and master corresponding modules of 1 or more major CRM systems, like Salesforce, Dynamic, Oracle, SAP, etc.

? Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver working results.

? Excellent analytical skills and reporting capabilities

? Excellent customer service and consulting skills

? Excellent interpersonal skills with customer service-oriented manner to build and sustain key relationships across a wide and varied group of management and staff

? Skills in influencing and negotiation methods and techniques and ability to influence and persuade others outside his/her direct control

? Ability to work under tight timelines and high-pressure situations with high degree of accuracy.

? Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

? Bachelor degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

? Self-driven and independent

? Fluent in English, both verbal and written
