2. 能较好的把握原画视觉风格及项目质量标准；

3. 能根据要求熟练搭建场景，有良好的场景组织规划经验；

4. 能熟练的按PBR的流程进行贴图制作；

职位要求：

1. 优秀的建模技能，能做出严谨工整的模型；

2. 熟练的贴图Bake技巧；

3. 有能力很快适应或创造新的风格或技术；

4. 非常强的有机体建模技能（人脸，衣服，生物）；

5. 非常强的硬边，石头建模技能（装甲，武器，岩石等）；

6. 熟练掌握主流3D软件（Maya, Max, Zbrush，substance painter等）；

7. 有较强渴望学习新的软件工具和技术；

8. 有团队合作的意识和能力，将强的时间管理意识；

9. 有责任心，工作细心，低级失误很少。
